Shipping policy

Special measures will be taken for you to receive your cheesecake products in excellent condition. We do, however, lose control of the handling during shipment via carriers. If your cheesecake delivery has thawed, but it still cold, please refrigerate and use within 5 days. If you do not plan to use your product in that time frame, please refreeze once.

Creative Eats Cheesecake is not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package, or for delays related to the weather or any other circumstances. We will do everything in our power to keep you updated on your order delivery status.

What delivery areas qualify for free delivery? 

Orders in the following locations qualify for free delivery when order total meets or exceeds $100.
